CERBA would like to invite us to the 4th Session of the Interassociation PR & Marketing Committee – "The strategy of interaction with customers through social networks – what has changed during the pandemic and what lies ahead?", that will be held in the format of online conference on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, 17:00 Moscow time.

In 2020, we entered a new reality – COVID-19, which severely limited personal interactions, and forced businesses to almost exclusively focus on online resources, especially social networks, in order to attract and retain clients and partners. This situation has also caused a dramatic overflow of online information traffic, reducing the effectiveness of traditional strategies for B2B and B2C communications and, thus, forcing companies to explore the new strategies and practices of engaging potential customers online.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:

Boris Malyutin, Founder and Head, М2tv (YouTube channel about real estate)

In online real estate marketing since 2010. Former Commercial Director of WinNER, Sob.ru, Provereno.ru. More than 20 years of experience in sales. Also other professional interests include consulting for real estate companies and real estate experts.

Sasha Zaprudska, Managing Director, LP/AD

Before moving to Canada, she started out in marketing and sales department at Radisson Hotel while getting her two degrees. In Canada, she first worked in sales before joining LP/AD as an Account Executive and later growing into a Planner. Currently she is leading the planning department and helps companies find creative solutions to their business challenges. Over the last 6 years at the agency, she has been focusing on transforming brands both strategically and visually, making them interesting and relevant to their audience.

Madina Assylbekova, Director of Business Development RUSSIA/CIS, Gowling WLG

Madina Assylbekova is an international change management expert. Currently, she is Director of Business Development in Russia/CIS for the international law firm, Gowling WLG. In this role, Madina contributed to the firm’s growth in Russia with a focus on corporate strategy, brand messaging, professional recruiting and client relations. She is the firm’s go-to person for government and client relations in Russia/CIS region. Madina is an Oxford MBA graduate with experience working in Russia, UK, France and Canada.

Anna Aristova, Digital External Communications Supervisor, Coca-Cola HBC Russia

Anna is responsible for the development of Coca-Cola's external corporate digital communications in Russia. In addition to positioning the company in social media, she also implements the company's traditional offline projects in a new format: "Coca-Cola Christmas Caravan", "Black Sea Day", etc. Anna has over 10 years of experience in journalism and public relations. Previously, she implemented PR and digital projects for large companies: Danone, Hasbro, Johnson&Johnson, PPF Real Estate, DOM.RF, Charitable Foundation of Vladimir Potanin and many others.
