A lot has happened over the past few days in the coronavirus sphere, much of which may have an impact on our members. President Putin gave a speech on Wednesday, providing some welcome news for businesses, much of which may have a positive impact on small and medium sized business amongst our membership. Then, yesterday, Mayor Sobyanin added to his recent decree further detailing the high alert regime and certain restrictions, which will apply in Moscow. For fuller details, please read this brief article, which me and my colleagues have prepared. I would encourage you to read this as there is a fair amount of information that wasn't particularly well reported in the international press. If you have any questions, we remain at your disposal.

The Consular team at the British Embassy regular update the Russia Travel Advice and asked me to share this with you - https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/russia. They encourage you to share with your British friends and to sign up for the automatic alerts which they provide.

Ending on a very positive note, last week, many members with something that they can offer to our club online (in many cases free of charge) have written to me.
